On Saturday, Nov 7th the members of the YWA had a portrait show of the models who posed for the Friday painting group. The show was great fun and we met with many friends, models, and people who were interested in our portraits.

As a member of this group, it was nice for me to see so many completed works because we rarely get a chance to see anything but the 3 hour starts of portraits. With several sales, some interesting dialog with like minded people, I think that the show was a great success.

The Gertrude Schoolhouse was setup nicely for displaying our works. A thank you should go out to Doug Boomer and all of the people that helped with the show. Looking forward to a possible 2nd annual Portrait Show at the Gertrude.
